Spirit, Sound & Silence Day Retreat

ZOOM

Spirit, Sound & Silence is a day of healing and renewal hosted by OneLife Institute. In this time of physical distancing, we are offering a modified retreat via Zoom's online video platform.

Facilitated by Rev. Liza Rankow and Destiny Muhammad, our "Harpist from the Hood," we invite you to join us for all or part of the four hour retreat featuring:

  • Sacred space to connect in (virtual) community
  • Visioning process to tap your inner guidance
  • Time to share what's on your heart and receive support
  • Guided healing meditation
  • Original inspirational music and song performed live

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED so we can send you the information to securely access Zoom. Tuition is sliding scale with scholarships available and no one ever turned away for lack of funds.

WHAT TO "BRING" - Please have on hand a notebook or journal, pens, water, tea, snacks, etc. If you have crayons, markers, or other art supplies for the visioning, please have them and blank paper with you. As much as possible, create a peaceful quiet comfortable space for yourself, with minimal distractions or interruptions. To optimize sound (especially the music!) we recommend using headphones or earbuds.

To participate you will need to have a Zoom account set up in advance. You can do this FREE at: https://zoom.us/signup
