Join MoAD in celebrating the third day of Kwanzaa, Ujima! In the spirit of collective work and responsibility, enjoy an afternoon of music, poetry, and community celebration. ‍ MoAD is partnering with the Village Project for the 17th annual Kwanzaa celebration throughout San Francisco. The celebration features seven days of community events from December 26th through January 1st, highlighting the seven principles of Kwanzaa (the Nguzo Saba). On the third day of Kwanzaa, visit MoAD and enjoy an afternoon performance of live harp music by Destiny Muhammad and poetry by Venus Jones, and a brief history of Kwanzaa and the seven principles led by the Village Project.
