What is it? AMP Oakland is a curated busker program that will host and promote weekly performances in public plazas and private lobbies throughout Downtown Oakland. Through this initiative we will further the vibrancy of Downtown Oakland and strengthen the foundation of our local cultural arts economy by directly supporting local artists and performers.
