COLTRANE Centennial Sonic Celebration at Celebration ARTS Center Sacramento CA

Celebration Arts will pay tribute to John Coltrane, the devoted musician who used sound as a form of prayer and inquiry, and pushed himself and his collaborators toward deeper honesty, discipline, and spirituality in music. In what would have been his 100th year, various musicians, poets, and artists will honor his impact.
